At each of the Caring Kindergartens day nurseries you will find staff that are qualified in caring for and teaching pre-school children.

When recruiting, most new staff arrive at Caring Kindergartens experienced or qualified, however they still go through our very own individually tailored training programmes and must be extremely familiar with policies and procedures that we have developed successfully over the years.

This is something we are particularly proud of, our methods are recognised and adopted by industry bodies, most recently we have been asked by Northamptonshire County Council to demonstrate to practitioners and day care operators how to successfully implement the new “Early Year Foundation Stage” as we are excelling in this new initiative.

• We have our own training centre and in-house assessors to enable staff to further their education and qualifications in childcare, ensuring standards are maintained and updated accordingly.
• We also hold regular workshops for staff which include the involvement of outside agencies and professional lecturers who specialise in the varied areas of childcare.
• We have developed a team in each group area with a key worker who is trained to provide for the individual needs and activities of your child

In short, Caring Kindergartens is renowned for developing and implementing advanced techniques for childcare, we have very particular standards and that’s the way we want to keep it.

We believe that each staff member benefits from these standards as much as the children in our care; it instils a sense of pride in their work and enhances the overall attitude, dedication and enjoyment in the daily working routine.
