At each of our Caring Kindergartens day nurseries you will find staff that are qualified in caring for, and teaching pre-school children. Prior to employment each new member undergoes a rigorous vetting procedure that includes enhanced (CRB) police and health checks, several interviews and background checks with previous employers. 

We adhere to strict security policies in place and ensure maximum protection for your child whilst they’re in our care. Caring Kindergartens operates a secure, sign in/sign out entry system. No child is allowed to leave with any person whom the staff cannot identify or who is not a nominated contact person with satisfactory ID or passwords.

When visiting our nurseries, maintenance workers, for example must sign in and out, and they are closely supervised for the duration of their stay. In addition, no outside contractors, or agency staff are allowed mobile phones or cameras inside any of our premises.

All Staff leave their mobile phones in the Staff rooms at all times, and are only allowed to use them in that room during breaks.

At no time will any person other than our qualified staff be left unaccompanied with any children. We want the children to be happy and secure at our nurseries, with the standard of care and attention to safety they would get at home.
