"CARING in the community"

Each quarter we have a CARING news publication that is produced for each individual nursery keeping the parents informed of all the goings on over the previous quarter and events and notices on any future developments.  Many of the highlights focus on the lovely open days, themed events and on the odd occasion when one of our brave parents comes in to talk about their interesting jobs, (the fire engine has been the winner so far, for obvious reasons!).  

Staff Promotions, birthdays, weddings always deserve a mention, as do the outings that we go on and any industry updates. We take great pride in our staff retention rate, and celebrate with employees when they complete 5, 10 and 15 years or more with CK and invite parents to come to their time served presentations. Each setting has a display indicating long-serving members of staff.

As well as the day to day feedback, advice and guidance you will receive from staff at the nurseries, we also hold Parents Evenings, Craft events and Open Days throughout the year - these are excellent opportunities to get an in-depth understanding of how your child is developing, meet the staff and take part in a range of fun activities as a family.
